We’re obsessed with chai — and this is the O.G. that started it all. Our founder started out with a vision to capture authentic, bright, bold, clean chai. After putting all of our love of chai into testing, tasting, and tweaking 63 iterations in our founding test kitchen, we finally nailed the flavor we were chasing and it was bold, balanced, and unapologetically authentic. From that moment on, there was no turning back.

Spiced Ginger Chai
We’ve met enough wimpy ginger chais — the ones that make you shrug and say, “Yeah, I guess… fine.” But we wanted more. We wanted heat. We wanted a ginger chai you could actually feel — layered, spicy, unapologetic — something that could stand up to the balance of our traditional blend.
And so, Spiced Ginger Chai was born.
At first, we just called it “Ginger Chai.” But after one too many "whoa-that’s-got-some-bite" reactions, we figured we’d better warn people. Hence, we added "Spiced" because, well… it's truly 🔥🔥
This is a chai you’ll taste and feel — in the best way. Bright, layered ginger brings a warm, spicy tingle that lingers just enough, all nestled into a smooth, classic chai base. It’s boldly gingery, but not necessarily out right spicy.

So we went on a deep dive… and landed on a premium-grade Darjeeling from India that completely blew us away. The result? Chai Botanica started as a passion project — a passion project to create a bright, floral, fruity, and herby side of chai. We wanted to push the boundaries while staying rooted in traditional Indian ingredients. It’s a little off the beaten path, sure.
