Processing Time Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, though during high-volume periods processing may take a bit longer. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method & Delivery We ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Cincinnati, OH. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after shipment depending on your location.

Shipping Rates Free shipping on all Chai For product orders over $30. Free shipping threshold applies to Chai For products only and excludes third-party items. Standard shipping rates for orders under $30 are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at chaifor.com/track.

Lost or Stolen Packages Chai For is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For packages confirmed stolen, please file a report with local authorities. Contact us at hello@chaifor.com and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address: If you notice an error in your shipping address, email hello@chaifor.com immediately. We can correct it if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, you are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to redirect the package.
