Each serving of chai is equal to drinking a cup of black tea, which is about 20-25mg of caffeine or about 1/3 the caffeine of a cup of coffee.

Our decaf chai reduces this down to near zero. Of course, no decaf product can truly achieve absolute zero caffeine (only non-caffeinated teas can do that!) Still, our most caffeine sensitive customers come back to us time and again for this flavorful, clean ingredient decaf chai!
