Ingredients
:
2 cups brewed and cooled Chai For Traditional Chai Blend (as per package brewing instructions) (though - decaf might be better for kids)
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
2-3 tablespoons sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Chai spice mix for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions:

Instructions:
Prepare 2 cups of chai: Using Chai For blend following package instructions. Allow the Chai to cool to room temperature.

Sweeten and Flavor: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled chai with milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract (if using). Adjust the sweetness to your liking.

Pour into Popsicle Molds: Carefully pour the chai mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.

Freeze: Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for about 1-2 hours until they are partially set. At this point, insert the popsicle sticks more securely into the semi-frozen mixture.
Finish Freezing:

Allow the chai popsicles to freeze completely for an additional 4-6 hours or overnight.

Unmold and Serve: Once fully frozen, run the popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds to release the chai popsicles easily. Gently pull them out of the molds. Optional: Add a little dash of chai spice on top before serving!

If desired, sprinkle a pinch of chai spice mix on top of the popsicles for an extra burst of flavor.

Enjoy:
